On phones: left stick to move, swipe the arena to look. Hold FIRE and drag your finger to aim while shooting. Tap AIM to toggle sights. Use RUN, JUMP, RELOAD and SWAP. Landscape gives you more room.
Aim slowdown is active only while aiming. It never fires or aims for you.
